Technical Assistant
(September 2020 - February 2021)
Worked as technical assistant in Department of Physics, Cochin University of Science And Technology, as FESEM (Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope) and EDAX (Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy) operator.
Machines handled:
- FESEM : Manufactured by Carl Zeiss, and model name was Sigma with a magnification from 10x to 500x with maximum resolution of 1.5 nm and software interface was SMARTSEM
- EDAX : Bruker Quantax 200 with X-flash 6 silicon drift detector and ESPRIT software as interface
Technical Assistant
(November 2019 - March 2020)
Worked as technical assistant at the Inter University Centre for studies on Kerala Legacy of Astronomy and Mathematics (IUCKLAM), CUSAT. As part of this job, several sessions and demonstrations on astronomy were taken all over Kerala. Also handled telescopes for astronomical observation sessions.
Telescopes handled:
◦ Skywatcher BKDOB 10” collapsible GOTO telescope with Dobsonian mount. ◦ Skywatcher 6” Newtonian telescope with manual equatorial mount.
Project Assistant
(March - November 2019)
Worked as project assistant under Dr. Rhine Kumar A. K. (Asistant Professor, Department of Physics, CUSAT) in a DST – INSPIRE project on the topic Studied theoretical aspects of Neutron Star equation of state using Relativistic Mean Field theory.
